Healthy never tasted so good...
​Here are some great ways to enjoy our nut butters.

Take one tablespoon of Peanut Butter Bliss and apply to an apple or banana. This is great for pre-or post workout hunger.

Add two 1-2 two tablespoons to your favorite smoothie or protein shake to give you that extra protein and flavor boost. Or try Peanut Butter Bliss with chia seeds for an omega and protein packed breakfast either on a spoon or with a banana.

Speaking of smoothies, try our Chia Peanut Butter Bliss Smoothie. Take 1 cup of coconut milk, 1 Banana, 3-4 tablespoons of Chia Seed Peanut Butter Bliss, Ice or water for desired consistency and honey to drizzle on top. Put all ingredients in your favorite blender or mixer. Enjoy. This yields two servings.

How about easy gluten free Peanut Butter Bliss cookies?
 
Ingredients:
 
1 cup of  Chia Cinnamon Peanut Butter Bliss (All flavors work)
1 cup of Organic Sugar Or Coconut Sugar
1 egg 
1 tsp of baking soda, 
 
Mix ingredients together, roll in to small sized balls, roll ball in sugar and press down with fork on un-greased cookie sheet 
 
Bake at 375 for 6 minutes, let cool for 3 more minutes on cookie sheet. Yields approx. 24 cookies. Serve and eat when cooled.

For an absolutely delicious dinner idea, try Thai Chicken Dish with Peanut Butter Bliss.
 
Ingredients:
 
6 pieces of boneless skinless thighs or breasts
1/2 can of coconut milk 
1 jar of Peanut Butter Bliss
1 tablespoon of sriracha or any chili sauce you prefer
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms,
1 cup of broccoli florets
3 green onions finely chopped.  
1 tsp of red pepper flakes
Salt and Pepper to taste 
 
In a bowl whisk together coconut milk, peanut butter, sriracha, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper. Pre cook chicken by boiling for 7-10 minutes (until done). Put chicken, broccoli onions in casserole dish with a lid, pour sauce over all the ingredients and bake at 375 for 25 minutes. 
 
Serving suggestion: Serve with, sweet potatoes, rice, or as is.

Of course snack time can be twice as fun when you top Peanut Butter Bliss on apples, carrots and/or celery!

Peanut Butter Bliss also makes a great peanut sauce. Simply heat it up with a bit of water and its ready to go.

​Notes:​

Unlike other refrigerated peanut butters, our nut butters spread easily on breads, rice cakes and toast. Just make sure they don't get too cold. We recommend storing our nut butters in the front part of your refrigerator. Our nut butters do not need to be stored in the refrigerator, however you won’t have to stir them constantly if you do. Please store in a cool dark place because our nut butters (with the exception of Hazelnut Butter Bliss) are made with real peanut oil. Peanut oil does not last as long when it becomes over heated.
